About Me

Hello there, my name is Rex!I've been a character artist for many years and love drawing pinups, soft lighting and creating character designs based on my varied interests! I am slowly breaking into new techniques, while branching into more than just lovely ladies in pretty lighting (although that's really my bread and butter, I love that subject so much!)I've recently leveled up my tablet set up and it has inspired me to continue pushing my art further!Whilst I am scatterbrained at times, I truly love drawing as my work and hope to expand both what I am able to do and offer as an artist as time progresses!tl;dr

» By commissioning me you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to my T.O.S, and are over the age of 18 (I do not work with minors)» I do not do business with blank accounts
» Do not commission me (outside of customs) without an existing, clear character reference✎ I DRAW ✎

» Corrections must be given in those early stages before completion of the work
» Completed works come with a resized image to dissuade theft alongside larger watermarked/unmarked images
» If you'd like a rush on a given work to be completed by a specified date there will be a rush fee
» I accept discord chats to facilitate the completion of the given workI have a Trello for news and updates regarding any delays in my work flow, as well as my public queue- please keep an eye on it if you've commissioned me!✦ Rights Reserved» I retain full commercial as well as distribution rights on any image I create
» I reserve the right to use any image I produce, and retain all rights to said image. This includes (not limited to) producing/selling prints, any patreon exclusives or tutorials, establishing portfolios and/or posting to my online galleries (marked and resized to dissuade theft)
» The commissioner may use the commission image at any size as they please for PERSONAL use. This excludes commercial purposes (selling prints, magazine printing, etc)
» Please credit me/link to my page once my work is reposted to any gallery
» Please do not trace or edit to claim my artwork as your own
» You have permission to alter or edit your commission for additional signatures, icons, and so forth so long as credit is given to me and my signature is not removed✦ Payment» Paypal (unless otherwise specified) | USD
» Payment up front before any art is started
» Plans allowed at my discretion, with a minimum of 25% up front to begin an invoice✦ Cancellation | Refunds» I reserve the right to refuse any commissions for any reason
» I reserve the right to not disclose the information as to why I denied said commission
» I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to unprofessionalism, or inappropriate and or rude behavior
» If a cancellation occurs after the initial WIP stages, I will refund the amount deducted from work completed
» There are no refunds on completed work, as you have approved it at every stage up to the final piece. Any attempts to scam will be met with reporting/blacklisting✦ Adoptable & Design T.O.S» Credit me upon reposting my design/artwork
» Do not resell for higher value without art attached (i.e. profiting from my work)
» Do not sell to a commercial body without contacting me (No Disney, DC/Marvel, etc)
» HOWEVER- feel free to use the design for your patreon, comics or any merch you create!! Just please do not sell my actual artwork as yours!
» I do not wish my designs to be used in racist / homophobic / pedophilic pieces. I no longer own the design itself, ergo the liability for the use of said design as a character is the responsibility of the new owner» Regarding pre-purchasing: Regular adopt sheets are available for prepurchase at $850.00 USD each. Once posted they are then subject to the rules of that given auction.
